As both a performing and recording artist, you are placed in the public domain that shines a huge spotlight upon you, bringing pressure to bear on all of your creative resources. In an atmosphere where you are constantly honing your vocal and/or musical skills, this scrutiny can impact and alter the public persona creating an image that isn't authentic or reflective of your personality. We will work with you to find the right balance that may include areas from meditation to mentorship to counseling.
Mental health, a global stigma, is a critical aspect that must be managed and supported. Anxiety and depression are common not only among artists but across multiple domains, and we will support every artist in the way in which suits them best.
